This modest dissertation tries to refer to the main practice drills that may help both teachers and learners to overcome the problem of the students’ inability in speaking English language. It attempts to show the effective ways in dealing with quiet students inside the classroom. In other words, foreign language teachers should be aware of how to direct conversation sessions and how different types of classroom activities should be managed in order t improve the students’ English speaking level.
