مقاصد الخطاب القرآني في ضوء النظرية السياقية نماذج مختارة من سورة النور

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان بعض النماذج الخاصة بمقاصد الخطاب القرآني الموجودة في السورة الكريمة – سورة النور- المملؤة بالآداب والأخلاق ا لاجتماعية التي تنير طريق المسلم وتسمو بحياته إلى مكانة رفيعة عند ربه وبين مجتمعه، لأن المؤمن يأنس ويطمئن ويرتاح لما يقرأ القرآن ، يرتاح للعفة والطهارة، ويشمئز من الفحش وسوء الظن، والاتهام. فسورة النور وضعت خططا ومراسيم وضوابط يسير عليها المسلم، فمن تعداها فقد ظلم نفسه وعرضها للهلاك والدمار والسخط، وبالتالي لا يأمن عقاب الله و عذابه في الدنيا والآخرة، لهذا فقد تعرضت في هذا البحث المتواضع إلى بعض النماج رأيتها هامة لتوضيحها، وبيان سبل العلاج لمن زلت قدمه فيها. ومن أبشع الكبائر الزنا، التي تخرب وتفسد وتهتك الأسر، و المجتمع كلل . ومن الآداب التي أردت التنويه إليها الاستئذان وآدابه. وغض البصر الذي يحمي صاحبه من ابتاع المحرمات، هذا ما سنعرضه في هذا البحث المتواضع.حيث أنني قسمت بحثي إلى مبحثين اثنين: المبحث الأول تطرقت فيه إلى تحديد المفاهيم والمصطلحاتا للكلمات المفتاحية هذا عبر أربعة مطاب المحث الثاني: بينت فيه بعض الأخكام والمقاصد الموجودة في سورة النور وذلك في مطالب أيضا. Abstract: This research aims at shedding the light on the purposes of the Qur'anic discourse found in Surat - Al-Nour - filled with social ethics that illuminate the path of the Muslim and assigns his life to a high position according to Allah and among his community. Because the believer sighs, reassures and relaxes when he reads the Qur’an.He also relaxes for the chastity and purity, whereas, he is disgusted by obscenity, mistrust, and accusation. This Surat- laid out plans, decrees and limitations, on which the Muslim should follow, and whoever transgresses them, has wronged him and offered her destruction, and indignation. Thus, he won’tguarantee the punishment of Allah in this life and the in Hereafter. Therefore, in this modest research, I have seen some of the dizziness that I saw important to explain, and to show the ways of treatment for the one I have introduced. One of the worst sins is adultery, which corrupts and destroys families, and society as a whole. The morals and values that I wanted to mention in this study, are: Asking for permission and its ethics, and turning a blind eye that protects the owner from committing sins. I divided my research into two sections:The first topic dealt with the definition of concepts and terminology of these keywords across four lines. The second implication: it showed some of the principles and purposes found in Surat al-Nour, and also in demands.
