علاقة سمات الشخصية بالاحتراق النفسي لمدربي اندية كرة القدم لولاية باتنة

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين بعض السمات الشخصية والاحتراق النفسي للمدرب الرياضي، ومعرفة السمات الشخصية السائدة لديهم، وكذا معرفة مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لديهم، حيث أجريت هذه الدراسة على عينة المتمثلة في كل مدربي أندية كرة القدم المحترفة والهواة لولاية باتنة الحاصلين على شهادة التدريب والذين يقدر عددهم (26) مدرب، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق قائمة السمات الشخصية لفرايبورج التي تتكون من ثمانية أبعاد، ومقياس الاحتراق النفسي المقتبس من مقياس ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي الذي يتضمن ثلاث أبعاد موزعة على (22) فقرة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، لملائمته لطبيعة هذه الدراسة لأنها لا تقوم بوصف الظاهرة فقط بل تتعدى إلى تفسير وتحليل النتائج المتحصل عليها. ولقد كشفت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية : - السمات الشخصية السائدة لدى عينة البحث تمثلت في: (الاجتماعية، الهدوء والضبط). - مستوى الاحتراق النفسي لدى عينة البحث مستوى عالي على كل الأبعاد. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة ايجابية بين سمات الشخصية التالية: (العصبية، الاكتئابية، القابلية للاستثارة، السيطرة، والضبط ) والاحتراق النفسي. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية ضعيفة عكسية بين سمات الشخصية التالية: (العدوانية، الاجتماعية، الهدوء) والاحتراق النفسي. Abstract: This paper aims to know or to highlight the relationship between some the football coaches. Through this, we try to know the personal characteristics and the burn-out level among them. Where, the study sample was all the professional and amatory football coaches in the Williya of Batna, who have coaching degrees and who are 26 coaches. For reaching the goals of this study, the personal characteristics’ scale of Freiburg list was applied to measure the personality characteristics, which contains eight (08) dimensions, the burn-out scale of Maslach which contains three (03) dimensions, distributed on 22 questions. The researcher used the scanning descriptive methodology, because of its accomplishment with the study nature. The study does not only describe the phenomenon, while it goes far to explain and to analyze the reaching results. Where it revealed the following results: - The personal characteristics spread among the study sample, which are: (sociability, quietness, disciple). - Burn-out level among the study sample higher than all the dimensions. - There is a weak positive co-relationship between the following personal characteristics: (nervousness, calmness,depression, redness for stimulation, control, disciple). - There is a weak negative co-relationship between the following personal characteristics: (aggressiveness, sociability, quietness) and the burn-out.
