الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التظاهر السلمي أهم الحريات العامة للأفراد ، ويتم التعبير عنه خاصة في إطار حرية التعبير ،و ذلك من أجل تحقيق أهداف ذات طبيعة سياسية و إقتصادية و إجتماعية و ثقافية. تم النص على حرية التظاهر السلمي في المواثيق الدولية و الإقليمية و ضع وسائل الرقابة عليها،كما أقرت الدول ذلك في دساتيرها، وضعت لها ضمانات الرقابة على ممارستها. الكلمات المفتاحية:حرية التظاهر السلمي، الدستور، المواثيق الدولية ،الرقابة الدستورية ، المجلس الدستوري . Abstract: Peaceful demonstration is considered to be the most important public freedom of individuals, and is expressed especially in the context of freedom of expression, in order to achieve political, economic, social and cultural objectives. Freedom of peaceful demonstration was enshrined in international and regional instruments and the means of control were established, as recognized in their constitutions.
