Le Paradoxe De L’enfant Surdoué ; De L’intelligence à La Fragilité

Résumé
L’enfant nait et se développe dans son milieu familial, la relation initiale est avec sa mère, qui a une grande influence sur le devenir de son enfant. Le développement de l’enfant se fait sur deux niveaux ; un côté concerne l’intelligence et l’autre concerne le côté affectif. Pour cerner le côté cognitif, on a eu recours au quotient intellectuel total(QIT) chez l’enfant surdoué, qui est supérieure à 130, Mais sa personnalité est souvent perturbée malgré son hypermaturité intellectuelle. Pour avoir une conception sur le côté affectif, on s’est référé à la théorie psychanalytique, cette approche est complémentaire avec l’approche cognitive pour la compréhension globale de l’individu. Notre intervention se résume à présenter quelques caractéristiques de l’enfant surdoué, accompagnée d’une vignette clinique, Ouahab qui représente le paradoxe ; intelligent sur le plan cognitif, et fragile sur le plan psychique, à partir de l’analyse du Rorschach et TAT. Abstract : Children are born and grow up in their family milieu; their initial relation is with their mother which has a big influence on their becoming. The development of the child goes through two stages: the first stage relates to Intelligence and the second one relates to affection. In order to define the cognitive side, we had recourse to Total Intellectual Quotient (IQ) among extremely Gifted Children whom total intellectual quotient is superior to 130. However, its personality is often disturbed despite its intellectual hyper maturity. With the purpose of obtaining a conception about the affective side, we used the psychiatric theory as a reference. This approach is complementary to the cognitive approach for the overall understanding of the individual. Our intervention aims at presenting some characteristics of the extremely Gifted Child accompanied with a clinical vignette: Ouahab who portrays a paradox; intelligent at the cognitive level and fragile at the psychic level as obtained from the analysis of Rorschach and TAT.
