حمايـة البيئة: سبب إضافي لتفعيل دور الجمـعيات (بعد المراجعة)

الملخص
الملخص: تتعدد أوجه انتهاك البيئة بتعدد مصادر ما يهددها من مخاطر،في المقابل ينبغي تنويع طرق مواجهتها، ولا شك أن الأفراد مدعوون أكثر للمساهمة في حفظ بيئتهم، وفي هذا تبذل جمعيات البيئة جهدا حثيثا. ويتجلى دور الجمعيات التي تهدف لحماية البيئة في جانبين؛ جانب تحسيسي من مخاطر التي تنجم عن بيئة غير صحية وغير ملائمة و العنصر البشري أهم أسبابها، ولتفادي تلك النتيجة تحاول الجمعيات المنوطة بها تلك المهمة عقد ندوات ومطويات، التواصل الميداني مع أفراد المجتمع،.. هذا، وتلعب جمعيات البيئة دورا لا يقل عن الدور الوقائي، ويتمثل في تمثيل المتأثرين من البيئة المُضرة والمتضررة أمام الجهات القضائية لجبر تلك الأضرار، ورغم ماتبذله السلطات من دعم، إلا أنها لا تزال بحاجة للاستفادة من المساعدة القضائية ومن صفة المنفعة العمومية لما تتيحه لها من ميزات مادية. Astract: There are many aspects of the violation of the environment with multiple sources of risk, and in contrast should be varied ways to address them, and no doubt that individuals are invited today to engage more conservation of their environment, and in this effort environmental associations to strive to that end. The role of associations that aim to protect the environment is reflected in two aspects: a sensitization aspect of the dangers that result from an unhealthy and inappropriate environment in which the human element is the most important cause. In order to avoid this result, the associations are tasked with holding seminars and forums, , .. Environmental associations play a role no less than the preventive role mentioned above, represented by those affected by the harmful and damaged environment in front of the judicial authorities in order to redress the damage caused to them and damaged their surroundings.Despite the efforts and financial support of the environmental associations, the associations still need support to benefit from legal aid and the public benefit given their material advantages.
