الملخص
واجه الجزائريون خلال الاستعمار الفرنسي مشاكل عديدة في جميع مناحي الحياة،سياسيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا،وكانت اكبر الملمات والعراقيل التي امتحنوا بها في دينهم.فقد حاول الاستعمار الفرنسي فصلهم عنه بكل الوسائل المباشرة وغير المباشرة،فكانت مسألة ترصد هلال رمضان بين إثبات رؤيته وعدمها قضية شغلت الأمة فكان لابد من إيجاد حلول لها من قبل بعض المفتين والقضاة،كان أهمهم الشيخ بوراس الصغير مفتي الديار المازونية. The issue of monitoring the crescent of Ramadan during the colonial era In the light of some manuscript correspondence. Student: Mounira guerai University of Oran Subject Summary: During the French colonization, the Algerians faced many problems in all aspects of life, politically, economically and socially. These problems were the biggest obstacles and difficulties that touched their religion and through which they were tested. The French colonialists tried to separate them from their religion by all direct and indirect means. The question of monitoring the moon of Ramadan between proof of his vision and not was the issue that filled the nation,which had to be solved by some of the muftis(Imams) and judges.The most important one of them was Sheikh Boras Esaghir, the Grand Mufti of Mazouna.
