الملخص

الملخص: سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تحديد دور القيم وأخلاقيات الأعمال في تعزيز أداء المنظمة ضمن ممارسات الحوكمة، ويتمثل الهدف الرئيسي من البحث في التعرف على التطورات العالمية في مجال الحوكمة وأخلاقيات الأعمال في ظل حدوث تغيرات رئيسية تطلبت إعادة النظر في أهميتهما على المستوى العالمي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية وضرورة الالتزام بالقيم وأخلاقيات الأعمال من أجل تعزيز الأداء الاقتصادي للمنظمة، كما أن تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة أضحى حاجة ملحة في ظل العولمة والانفتاح الاقتصادي والأزمات الناجمة عن سوء ممارسات الإدارة. Abstract: We will try, through this modest research paper, to determinate the role of values and business ethics in enhancing the performance of the organization within governance practices, The main objective of the research to identify the global developments in the area of corporate governance and business ethics in the light of the major changes required to reconsider their importance on the global level. The study found the importance and necessity of commitment to values and business ethics in order to enhance the economic performance of the organization ,as that the application of governance principles has become an urgent need in light of globalization, economic openness and crises resulting from bad management practices.
