ظاهرة المخدرات: (أسبابها، آثارها، وطرق علاجها) The Phenomenon Of Drugs (their Causes And Effects)

الملخص
لقد أضحت آفة المخدرات في وقتنا الحالي بمثابة خطرا حقيقيا يهدّد الأفراد والمجتمعات المسلمة وغير المسلمة، الفقيرة منها والغنيّة على حدّ سواء، وهذا نظرا لانعكاسات هذه الظاهرة على الأخلاق، وعلى الصحّة العامّة ومنه على الاقتصاد القومي، ممّا يؤدي بالنتيجة الى ظهور الامراض الفتّاكة وانحلال الاخلاق والقيّم داخل المجتمع هذا وإذ نسجّل التطوّر الرهيب الذي تعرفه هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية بمختلف أشكالها وأنواعها، حيث صرنا نتحدث اليوم على المخدرات الالكترونية وغيرها من الأنواع الاخرى التي اصبحت تشكّل خطرا حقيقيا على المجتمعات برمّتها، ممّا يتطلّب المزيد من الحيطة والحذر، و تكثيف جهود جميع الدوّل للتصدّي للعصابات الإجرامية الخطيرة التي تروّج لهذه السموم، ومنه القضاء على هذه الآفة الخطيرة التي لا حدود لها. Abstract Nowadays, drugs threat the life of the societies whether they are poor or rich. In fact, this hideous phenomenon effects the health , the spirits of the communities and even the economy of the nations. Eventually, it leads to the spread of many devastating illnesses and the decadence of the ethics and the morals. Morever, this devastating curse is developing more and more and it takes many shapes and features ; for instance, we hear a lot about drugs on the net and other types of this narcotic , this abominable and vile crime turns to be a real danger to our society in general and our young people in particular. Finally, this situation consists a lot of efforts, vigilance and international cooperation to fight such an atrocity which might harm a lot of populations over the world.
