La Gestion Déléguée Des Aéroports Cas De L’aéroport International D’alger Houari Boumediene

Auteurs : Mohamed Moussouni .

Résumé

Since the 1990s, air transport has undergone transformations that have changed the face of international airports, especially with the liberalization of the operation of public services in general, especially airports. Thus, different models of ownership and operation of airports have emerged across the world. In Algeria, the State promulgated Law No. 06-98 dated of 27th June 1998, which sets out the general rules on civil aviation. This law opened the air transport services to the private sector. We also confirm that public services are always under the responsibility of the State. Since 1st November, Algiers International Airport "Houari Boumedienne" has been operated by SGSIA, a branch of the Algerian Airport Service Organization (EGSA Alger). In the same period, four-year renewable contract was signed with French Paris airports (ADPM). This subscription lasted 8 years and contributed greatly to the development of all the services and facilities offered to passengers and civil transport companies, whose base is located at the airport, headed by Air Algerie.
