The obsessive compulsive disorder is a frequent illness which affect 2 to 3℅ of the population. It evolves progressively till it becomes within a few years really disabling. In addition, we should notice that the patient is aware of his pathology. It is this awarness that called the insight on which depends the diagnostic and the therapentic task. That’s why we aim through our study to assess the relationship between anxiety and insight in the patient suffering from obsessive compulsive disorder.
