الملخص
ملخص يواجه العلم اليوم تحولا جديدا، حيث أحدثت تقنيات الهندسة الوراثية الجديدة خيارات عديدة، وفتحت إمكانات واعدة أمام إنسان الألفية الثالثة، وأتاحت له فرص جديدة لإطالة العمر، وكل ما يمكّنه من الصحة والجمال والسعادة، وما يحقق له حياة أفضل وأسمى. بل وأصبح بإمكانه التحكم في الخريطة الجينية وتوجيهها نحو تحقيق أفضل لنسل أرقى. من خلال التعديل الجيني للعيوب الوراثية، بل تعدي الأمر إصلاح العيوب وعلاج الأمراض إلى إنتقاء أحسن للخصائص والصفات، وتشجيع إنجاب الأفراد الأكثر كفاءة. وفي المقابل طرحت مشكلات تستحق التمعن، ووقفة جّادة نعيد من خلالها التفكير؛ لِما أثارته من تساؤلات إتيقية وحقوقية وقانونية . Abstract Science today faces a new transformation. The new genetic engineering techniques have created many possibilities and opened up promising possibilities for the third millennium, providing new opportunities to prolong life, health, beauty and happiness, and to achieve a better and higher life. But has been able to control the genetic map and guide it to achieve better offspring superior. Through the genetic modification of genetic defects, but to make the repair of defects and treatment of diseases to better selection of characteristics and qualities, and encourage the birth of the most efficient individuals. On the other hand, I raised problems worthy of reflection, and a serious pause in which we rethink, because of the raised questions of ethical, and legal.
