الملخص
This work aims to investigate and study the manuscript "Al-zand AL-wari Fi mas’alat takhyir Al-mushtari » of Imam Ahmed Baba from Timbouktou who died in 1036 AH. I shall provide a serious analysis of the author and his thesis which treated the issue of choice for the buyer, and the approach adopted in such a work. I started investigating the book ; taking into account the rules of ivestigation on the basiss of the selected text by confronting the book into two copies . The contribution of this work resides in explaining thorny issues raised in the abbreviated Khalil in the sale option. It is noteworthy to mention here that the Imam Ahmed Baba centred his work on narrations drawn from the Imams of the schools, most of them quoted from reliable sources taken from the Maliki jurisprudence
