الخبرات التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المنهاج الجديد دراسة مسحية أجريت على بعض أساتذة متوسطات مدينة تيارت

الملخص
هدفت إلى دراسة المعارف التدريسية لأساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل المنهاج الجديد وذلك بمعرفة مدى خبرة و معرفة أساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية في مدينة تيارت في ظل المنهاج الجديد، و من أجل هذا تمت الدراسة على (20) أستاذ من بعض متوسطات مدينة تيارت وأختيرت العينة بطريقة مقصودة، ولهذا الغرض استخدمنا النسب المؤوية واختبار كا2 لدراسة الظاهرة و هي حالة تتميز بصدق و بعد جمع النتائج و معالجتها توصلنا إلى أن أستاذ التربية البدنية و الرياضية له خبرات و معارف تدريسية تفوق المتوسط و هو ما يتفق مع الدراسات السابقة و الدراسات النظرية و في الأخير نوصي ب: - تأطير الجامعة للطلبة التربية البدنية و الرياضية على حسب احتياج وزارة التربية والتعليم - إقامة دورات تكوينية للأساتذة يكون المنهاج الجديد محل دراسة. Study Summary: The aim of this study was to study the teaching knowledge of the teachers of physical education and sport under the new curriculum by knowing the extent of the experience and knowledge of the professors of physical and sports education in the city of Tiaret under the new curriculum. For this purpose, the study was conducted on 20 professors from some of the average of the city of Tiaret In this way, we used the assigned ratios and the Ka 2 test to study the phenomenon. This is a situation characterized by honesty. After the results were collected and processed, we reached the following: - The professor of Physical and Mathematical Education has more than the average experience and teaching knowledge which is consistent with previous studies and theoretical studies And in the latter we recommend Yup: - The university will provide students with physical and athletic education as required by the Ministry of Education - The establishment of training courses for teachers to be a new curriculum under study.
