الملخص: تصدر سنويا عن عدة هيئات دولية ذات مصداقية تقارير تضم مؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لمختلف دول العالم، تمس هذه المؤشرات كل ما هو مرتبط بالتكنولوجيا وحتى آثارها الاقتصادية وفعاليتها في دعم محتوى الاقتصاد الرقمي، يمكن الأخذ بهذه المؤشرات ومحاولة تحليلها لمعرف الواقع العربي فيما يخص وضعية الاقتصاد الرقمي بهذه البلدان والتأكد مما يقال عن الفجوة الرقمية والصورة السوداء التي يصورها لنا أغلب الاقتصاديين حول هذا الواقع. فمعرفة واقع الاقتصاد الرقمي لا يتم إلا من خلال تشخيص دقيق لقطاع تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، ومؤسسات الاقتصاد سواء مؤسسات التأمين أو غيرها حتى تتطور وترتقي لابد أن تندمج ضمن الاقتصاد الرقمي، لذلك من المهم جدا الاهتمام بهذا القطاع الذي يعتبر البنية التحتية لاقتصاد أي دولة في ظل العصر الحالي المبني على التكنولوجيات. Abstract: Published annually by several international bodies credible reports indicators include information and communication technology to various countries around the world, affecting these indicators all that is linked to technology and even its economic impact and effectiveness in support of the content of the digital economy, can take these indicators and try to analyze the ID Arab reality regarding the status of the digital economy these countries and make sure what is being said about the digital divide and the image portrayed by the black majority of economists us about this fact. Knowing the reality of the digital economy can only be achieved through an accurate diagnosis of the sector, information and communication technology, and institutions of the economy, whether insurance companies or other even evolve and elevate must be integrated within the digital economy, so it is very important interest in this sector, which is the infrastructure of the economy of any country in the light of the times based on current technologies.
