الملخص
E-government represents a transition from management style routine to the method trendy talk that meets the growing needs of the communities, individuals and business., And the global trend towards e-government is increasing day after day, and is the definitive guide on the importance and international recognition of its role in the progress and growth of contemporary societies. E-government is regarded as the result of innovation and the development of the new communication technology which brought about Social welfare and prosperity. The e-government project in Algeria is of the utmost importance, being an operational tool to achieve what we aspire to administrative reform and reduce financial waste and raise the work efficiency in the public sector and improve its competitiveness, not to mention its impact on citizens and the private sector. So we must put the necessary mechanisms for the completion of the e-government project in accordance with specific time frames and executive programs process. Algeria has made big efforts, in order to enter into the world of e-government, but despite these attempts remain inadequate, especially as there are a lot of obstacles and difficulties that still exist, which requires the need to develop strategies for overcoming these obstacles and provide the necessary requirements to enter into the world of e-government and thus benefit from the advantages they provide.
