الملخص
This study aims to clarify the different communicational functions of the language through its phonetic and phonological structure that is based on three necessary elements: The phoneme- the accent – the intonation. It is noted that the segmental phoneme undergoes semantic changes set by the accentual factor (supra segmental phonemes) that follows it in the context as: The phoneme, the vowel reduction and the accentual-intonational interaction. This situation creates a unique musical scale that expresses judgements and values. Their aim is to communicate ideas from several ways under civilisationel, cultural, sociological factors... etc.
