الملخص

In recent decades, the Algerian school is oriented to make the students able to use their skills and do good to better meet the needs of contemporary society and to train individuals able to cope with social and professional lives . However, the new approach applied in our schools called "powers Approach" encounter several difficulties which appear at the school syllabus including the design goals, such as: not distinguish between: expression and oral communication and expression and written communication, and the preference of the writing at the expense of oral in the absence of an exact design of a method and teaching actors to the relationship between speech and writing. In sum, this study focuses on the objectives of the spoken and written in the teaching method of the Arabic language for students in fourth year average.
