الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع التخطيط الاستراتيجي في جامعة مؤتة في الأردن من حيث مدى وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى المسئولين في الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم وما هي درجة ممارستهم لعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من جميع المسؤولين في جامعة مؤتة للعام الجامعي 2013/2014م. وتضمنت العينة نواب الرئيس، العمداء، نواب العمداء، رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية، مدراء المراكز والوحدات والدوائر وبلغ عددهم 180 فرداً .استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة احتوت مجموعة فقرات بلغ عددها(20) فقرة توزعت على مجالين، الأول مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي والثاني عمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وتم حساب معامل الثبات للأداة باستخدام معادلة كرونباخ-ألفا حيث بلغ معامل ثباتها (0,81(. أظهرت النتائج ان درجة وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى مسؤولي جامعة مؤتة قوي بشكل اجمالي حيث بلغ المتوسط (3.78). كما أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة مسؤولي الجامعة لعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي بشكل عام متوسط حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي (2.93) وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائياً في درجة ممارسة مسؤولي جامعة مؤتة لعمليات التخطيط الاستراتيجي تعزى الى متغير المؤهل العلمي ومتغير الخبرة أو التفاعل بينهما. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في درجة وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى مسؤولي جامعة مؤتة تعزى الى متغير المؤهل العلمي ووجود فروق دالة احصائياً في درجة وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي تعزى الى متغير الخبرة ووجود فروق دالة احصائياً في درجة وضوح مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي لدى مسؤولي الجامعة تعزى الى التفاعل بين متغيري المؤهل العلمي والخبرة. كلمات مفتاحية: ، جامعة مؤتة ، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، مفهوم التخطيط الاستراتيجي Abstract The reality of strategic planning at the University of Mutah in Jordan The present study aimed at ivestigating the reality of strategic planning at Mutah University in Jordan in terms of the clarity of the concept of strategic planning and what is the degree of the practice of their strategic planning processes. The study sample consisted of all officials in Mutah University for the academic year 2013/2014. Included vice presidents, deans, vice-deans, heads of academic departments, directors of centers and units, with total number 180 members. The study used the descriptive analytical method, the study tool consisted of the questionnaire contained (20)items dealt with the concept of strategic planning and strategic planning processes, reliability coefficient was calculated by using Cronbach equation - where the alpha coefficient (0,81). Results showed that the degree of clarity of the concept of strategic planning at the University of officials Mutah strong with total average (3.78). The results also showed that the degree practice of university officials to strategic planning processes in general average (2.93) and the lack of statistically significant differences in the degree of practice officials Mutah University of strategic planning processes are attributable to qualification and experience variables or interaction between them. Results showed a statistically significant differences in the degree of clarity of the concept of strategic planning at the University officials Muta attributed to variable Qualification and the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of clarity of the concept of strategic planning attributed to the experience variable and the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of clarity of the concept of strategic planning with university officials attributed to the interaction between qualification and experience variables.
