الملخص
الملخص : غدت المشاركة من القضايا المحورية في خطط التنمية لما تتضمنه من التعبئة البشرية و تقبل التجديدات ودعمها و استيعابها فتنظر إلى المجتمع و تنميته على أنها عملية تعليمية تستهدف القيام بإجراءات من شأنها مساعدة الناس على تحقيق الأهداف بأسلوب ديمقراطي فتصبح قيادات المجتمع عوامل بناءة في تعلم الخبرات و ليس مجرد مشجعين لتحسين الظروف الاجتماعية ، كما أنها تساعد المجتمع على الاستخدام الأمثل لطاقات و قدرات أفراده و جماعاته و تعطي الفرصة للفئات المهمشة في المجتمع من اجل التطور والرقي ، فهذه الدراسة جاءت لتوضيح الدور الذي تلعبه المشاركة في تفعيل ديناميكية التنمية . Abstract: Participation has become a central issue in the development plans for its human mobilization, acceptance of innovations, support and assimilation, considering the society and its development as an educational process aimed at carrying out actions that will help people to achieve the goals in a democratic manner so that community leaders become constructive factors in learning experiences and Are not just fans to improve the social conditions, it also helps the community to the optimal use of the energies and capabilities of its members and groups and give the opportunity for marginalized groups in society for development and advancement, this study was to clarify the role played by participation in dynamic activation Development. Résumé: Est devenu la participation des questions centrales dans les plans de développement pour ce qui est contenu dans un emballage humain et les innovations sont acceptées et soutenues et absorbées sont prises à la communauté et son développement comme un processus éducatif conçu pour mener des actions qui aideront les gens à atteindre leurs objectifs d'une manière démocratique et Devient leaders de la communauté des facteurs constructifs dans les expériences d'apprentissage et non les fans juste pour améliorer les conditions sociales, et il aide la société à optimiser l'utilisation des énergies et des capacités de ses membres et de ses groupes et donner l'occasion aux groupes marginalisés de la société pour le développement et le progrès, cette étude était de préciser le rôle joué en participant à l'activation de la dynamique Développement.
