الملخص
ملخص البحث : يلمسُ القارئ الفاحصُ، والمُتمعنُ لكتاب المعيار للونشريسي تعامل صاحبه في طرح القضايا الفقهية وفق منهجية فيها من الفهم والتحصيل، وهي شبيهة بالخطوات البيداغوجية المعتمدة في حقل التعليم، ودراستي هذه تأتي في سياق استنباطي لما سار عليه كتاب المعيار في إطاره العام . لقد حرصت في قراءتي لكتاب المعيار على استنباط أهمّ الأساليب الموظّفة من الشيخ الونشريسي، كتوظيفه للاستفهام، واستعماله للغة وظيفية.. وغيرها من العناصر التي مكّنت عمله هذا كأسلوب إجرائي من الارتقاء إلى إنتاج مرموق . بين منهجية كتاب المعيار، وما تنادي به البيداغوجيا التعليمية وقفت مُستنبطا لكثير من الطروحات الفقهية التي تُضاهي ما تُنادي به النظرية التعليمية في أيامنا . And other elements that enabled this work as a procedural method of upgrading to a prestigious production Between the methodology of the book almieyar And the call for educational pedagogy It stood as the basis for many of the doctrines Which is similar to what is called for today's educational theory .
