الملخص
This research attempt to identify the strategies that are used in order to retrieve scientific and technical information via the internet; on the one hand, and the methods adopted in exploiting this information in teaching and scientific research on the other hand. The aim of the study is to clarify the concept of information retrieval on the network, and to know how to formulate strategy to search information on the internet, in addition to the most important tools that should be controlled in order to have access to the required information. Teacher-researchers are the representatives of our population. The descriptive approach is adopted to describe, analyze and interpret the collected information. The questionnaire, used as a tool for collecting data, has helped us to gather valuable information that has been analyzed in the light of the stated hypotheses. This study has permitted to identify teachers-researchers strategies in online information search, and get an idea about their information use in their various scientific activities.
