الملخص
Abstract Because of the evolutions and the advantages of the new technologies of information and communication, many media organizations use the web to publish their contents. In addition,new actors appeared in the media sphere, they were called citizens- journalists. These latest developments have produced many problems, in the forefront; the legal problems. And this study addressed the vision of the Algerian legislature to this new journalistic practices, though the new information law 12-05. And provides the most important legal dilemmas faced by this new media.
