علماء غمارة خلال الفترة المعاصرة ونماذج من بعض القضايا التي عالجوها

الملخص بالإنجليزية : The Ghamariah region used to have a considerable number of students most of whom had their education in the mosques of their local villages. Soon afterwards they set off on academic journeys, aspiring for prospects of professional opportunities, where they took up professions of teaching, justice and advisory opinion (Fatwa) or they were promoted higher in the positions of Makhzen like their neighbors in the Rif or Jabala. Though, most of them had been narrowly popular within his region, especially after they pursued their studies in Fez which was had been the center of sciences and knowledge for centuries. However, few of them were attracted by Tetouan, Tangier and Fez. Therefore, the scholars of Ghamariah used to enjoy some kind of automatic immunity forced by customs and traditions in spite of the injustice that was prevalent in those communities because of the meager governing power, sometimes, that protected this injustice on the one hand and being involved in it on the other. الملخص بالعربية : كانت البادية الغمارية وفيرة الطلبة الحافظين الذين درس جلهم بمساجد قراهم، ثم شدوا الرحلة العلمية إلى الآفاق، وتعاطوا للتدريس والقضاء والفتوى، أو ارتقوا في مناصب مخزنية عليا، مثلهم في ذلك مثل جيرانهم بالريف أو جبالة، وقد ظل جلهم مغمورا في ناحيته، بعد أن تابعوا دراستهم في فاس التي ظلت مقر العلوم والمعارف منذ قرون، وقليل منهم استقطبتهم مدن تطوان وطنجة وفاس. ولهذا كان علماء غمارة يتمتعون وسط مجتمعاتهم بنوع من الحصانة التلقائية المفروضة عادة وعرفا، على الرغم مما كان سائدا في تلك المجتمعات من الظلم الناتج عن ضعف السلطة أحيانا، وعن حمايتها إياه، ومشاركتها فيه أحيانا أخر.
