Résumé : La stratégie de développement rural et la politique de renouveau rural qui l’accompagne sont à la fois, l’aboutissement d’un cheminement intellectuel permanent et d’un capital d’expériences en matière de projets. La mobilisation de ressources financières conjuguée à une mobilisation sociale plus forte et à des institutions publiques favorable à la démocratie locale contribuera certainement à renforcer la dynamique de développement rural algérienne. Les transports sont tout particulièrement questionnés par le développement durable, car, ce sont les mauvais élèves de l’environnement .il est vrai qu’ils répondent à des logiques multiples, sociales, économiques, techniques, ce qui ne favorise pas leur maîtrise. Contributeurs très importants à la dégradation de l’environnement, et de manière croissante, ils sont sans aucun doute un élément essentiel de développent économique en particulier agricole et rural. D’ailleurs dans les régions rurales, l’insuffisance des transports limite les débouchés de l’agriculture moderne sur le marché. (H.LEBENSTEIN) . L’objectif de cet article, c’est de voir la contribution des transports dans le développement rural notamment dans la wilaya de Naâma. L’objectif de cette contribution est de montrer, à travers la conduite de la politique de développement en Algérie, les grandes orientations et les moyens mis en place pour sa Concrétisation en vue de mesurer son impact sur la croissance économique. Abstract: The strategy for rural development and rural renewal policy that accompanies it is both the culmination of a long intellectual journey and a wealth of experience on projects. Mobilization of financial resources coupled with a stronger social mobilization and to favor local democracy public institutions might help to strengthen the dynamics of Algerian rural development. Transport is particularly questioned by sustainable development, because these are the worst performers of the environment. Indeed they meet multiple logical economic, social, technical, which is not conducive to their control. Very important to the degradation of the environment, and increasingly contributors, they are undoubtedly an essential element of economic develop particularly agricultural and rural. Moreover, in rural areas, lack of transportation limits the opportunities of modern agriculture on the market. (H.LEBENSTEIN). The objective of this article is to see the contribution of transport in rural development, especially in the province of Naâma. The aim of this contribution is to show, through the conduct of policy development in Algeria, the main guidelines and measures put in place for its Realization to measure its impact on economic growth.
