الملخص
This article aims to examine the prospects for building a knowledge economy in Algeria under euro Algerian partnership, through to the most important projects proposed by the European Union for Algeria, which addressed, in the framework of its policy to promote the benefits of the knowledge society for peoples around the world for the purpose of reducing the digital divide and supporting economic growth, and promoting information technologies and means of communication through international cooperation
