المباني الخضراء مدخل إستراتيجي لمستقبل مستدام

الملخص
يشهد العالم في الآونة الأخيرة إهتمامًا متزايداً بقضايا البيئة ،فقد أضحت البيئة والأخطار المحدقة بها، الشغل الشاغل للعلماء والمهندسين وكل من يستشعر الخطر الداهم المحدق بالأرض، والمهدد لمستقبلها ومستقبل الناس الذين يعيشون فوقها، والذي هو من صنع أيديهم ، لا سيما بعد الاستخدام المفرط وغير المنظم لمقدرات الطبيعة ومقوماتها.إذ نما خلال العقود الثلاثة الماضية إدراكاً متزايدا بأن الحفاظ على البيئة و حمايتها أصبح يصب في خانة الحفاظ على بقاء الإنسان و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، و نتيجة لذلك فقد أسهمت الضغوط المشتركة لكل من ازدياد الوعي بالندرة القادمة وتفاقم مشاكل البيئة في ظهور العديد من الإتجاهات المعمارية التي تتبنى وتدعم فكرة أهمية التوازن البيئي المجسدة في المباني الخضراء التي تعد المجال الأكثر حماية للبيئة وضمانا لاستمرارية مواردها و ضمان استدامتها للأجيال القادمة،إذ أصبح التحدي اليوم على مستوى العالم مرهون بتحقيق هدف بسيط وهام ألا وهو خلق منزل صحي وآمن لبني البشر.
