Abstract

The present articles deals with the educational problem and how can we resolve it in an epistemologic level according to an Islamic perspective wich regard to human kind as "vice-gerent in the earth" in two levels : The Normative level: deals with the terms of functionality of the human kind , and required the re-establishment of science and reason and the formulation of the concept of the needs and the growth and maturity and relationships ... etc. in the light of the Islamic perspective, as a solution . The level of the procedural plan for the application of the solution: In regard to the recruitment of elements of the education system in terms of teaching and bureaucratic systems non separated from the political, social and cultural perspective in the light of Islamic feature of the education system and building stages of the reform plan of the phase of preparation, adoption and application.
