دور الصكوك الوقفية في تطوير الممتلكات الوقفية.

الملخص
Abstract : Waqf system is one of the pillars of islamic economy, it is the third sector contributes to the promotion of development and meet the needs of the community. The waqf has contributed in the past under the islamic state in achieving social cohesion and contribute to the reduction of social problems. The nature of the waqf funds which predominantly real estate, does not provide a lot of liquidity , and therefore does not solve the problem of funding waqf, and this is what led to the search for a solution to this problem by taking advantage of doctrinal views concerning the nature of waqf assets and controls invested. Instruments waqf is the key to the development of waqf assets, which at the same time of the tools development bay spécialists, in order to provide important financial side of the waqf properties to ensure their durability. In this context, we are trying to define the concept of instrument waqf in its importance and it role in boosting the waqf assets.
