الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز كيفية توظيف واستخدام أهم نماذج قياس وتحليل الفشل المالي وتبيان مدى أهمية الاعتماد عليها في تحليل أسباب وأبعاد إخفاق أو فشل الأداء المالي لهذه المشاريع الاستثمارية بغية تجنبه مستقبلا عن طريق التنبؤ به. وهذا من خلال دراسة تطبيقية أجريت على ثلاثة مشاريع في قطاعات مختلفة اقترحت على الوكالة الوطنية لدعم تشغيل الشباب في الجزائر. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن عملية التقييم بحد ذاتها مهمة ومطلوبة للمشروع، على أن تكون وفق دراسات علمية دقيقة ومتطورة. Abstract : This study comes in an attempt to highlight how the recruitment and use of the most important measurement models and analysis of financial failure and show how important it is relied upon to analyze the causes and dimensions of the failure of the financial performance of these investment projects in order to avoid failure in the future through predictable. This is applied through a study of three projects in different sectors proposed to the National Agency to support youth employment in Algeria. On the basis of the results obtained suggest to all entrepreneurs investors and the National Agency to support youth employment and banks who assist in granting investment loans adoption of standard and predictive mathematical models to study processes, diagnosis, follow-up and prediction of risk causing the financial performance of the investment projects fail
