الملخص

تعتبر الصادرات الزراعية أحد المؤشرات الهامة الدالة على حركية التجارة الخارجية في المنتجات الزراعية لأي دولة، لذا فان الاهتمام بها وجعلها ضمن أولويات إستراتيجية التنمية الزراعية الشاملة يعد أمرا ضروريا في وقتنا الحاضر، وهو ما حاولت الدول العربية القيام به خلال عقود من الزمن عبر سياسات ومشاريع زراعية، بهدف التقليص من حجم التبعية الغذائية للخارج، إلا أن ذلك لم يحقق النتائج المرجوة سواء على مستوى الإنتاج الزراعي، أو على مستوى درجة نمو الصادرات الزراعية. تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الوقوف على أهم المعوقات التي تعترض حركة الصادرات الزراعية العربية بالرغم من امتلاك البعض منها قدرات تنافسية في العديد من المنتجات الزراعية. Abstract: Agricultural exports are a key indicator of foreign trade in agricultural products of any country, so the interest in them and make them among the priorities of the overall agricultural development strategy is essential in the present day. Which is what the Arab states tried to do over the decades through agricultural policies and projects, in order to reduce the size of the food dependency of the outside, but that did not achieve the desired results, both on the level of agricultural production, or at the level of the degree of agricultural export growth. This paper is trying to stand on the most important obstacles that hinder the movement of Arab agricultural exports in spite of owning some of them a competitive edge in many agricultural products.
