الملخص
Résumé Strategic management process enables to explore future opportunities that help develop business management in organizations and reduce or minimize risks in the future. This study was conducted on a group of Algerian Banks, and it is consisted of a sample managers of these banks, we used for this study the analytical method in the test of hypotheses in addition to using the descriptive approach in the theoretical aspect of the study, data were collected through the questionnaire, and the use of statistical methods to analyze the data through the program (spss).
