الملخص
Abstract : In the few recent years, modern variables; including contacting, digitization, and synapsing, give a great importance to people with disabilities in terms of open access movement. This category of people with disabilities have a great concern from international organizations, esspecialy this of Human Rights, which stupilates in the articale 27 (01). From that, numerous projects ,chiefly, Daisy Consortium which connsidred as the most important one, appeared to assist this category of people esspessialy those of sight loss and print desabilities, and to cover all of their needs that prevent them from accessing information. All that is done through the accessibility of digital talking books. In this research paper, we try to capture the various services and the main role that this project plays in providing information, through presenting some detailes about Daisy Consortium project.
