المدخل الإنتاجي للتكامل الاقتصادي الاقليمي كأداة لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية لدول المغرب العربي

الملخص
الملخَّـص: تدور هذه الدراسة، حول تسليط الضوء نحو المدخل ما قبل تبادلي للعملية التكاملية من خلال المدخل الانتاجي للتكامل الاقتصادي الاقليمي ، وتوضيح الشروط الواجب توفرها لكي يستطيع أن يساهم هذا الأخير إقليميا في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية . تستمد هذه الدراسة أهميتها من خلال محدودية المدخل التبادلي( التجاري) للتكامل الاقتصادي بالنسبة للدول النامية عامة ، ودول المغرب العربي خاصة في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية، انطلاقا من أن مشكلات هذه البلدان هي بنيوية متعلقة بتخلف القطاعات الإنتاجية الرئيسية . Résumé: Cette étude met en avant l’insertion pré- interactive de l’opération d’intégration, via l’insertion productive de l’intégration territoriale. Elle tente de présenter les conditions à remplir pour que cette intégration puisse atteindre des objectifs de développement économique. L’étude tire son importance des limites de l’insertion d’échanges commerciaux, de l’intégration économique des pays en développement, généralement, et les pays du Maghreb Arabe, en particulier, afin de réaliser les objectifs stratégiques ; en sachant que les problèmes de ces pays sont d’ordres structurels, liés aux faiblesses des secteurs productifs. Abstract : This study highlights the pre interactive insertion of the integration operation via the productive integration of territorial integration. It tries to present the conditions for this integration to achieve economic development goals. The study has important limitations inserting trade, economic integration of developing countries generally and the Arab Maghreb countries, in particular, to achieve the strategic objectives; knowing that the problems of these countries are structural orders, related to weakness of the productive sectors..
