الملخص
یعالج المقال قضیة الجریمة المنظمة العبارة للحدود والتي أصبح لها أهمیة مت ا زیدة في منطقة الساحل الإفریقي والتي تعاني أصلا من انكشافات أمنیة. أولا، تم م ا رجعة الإطار المفاهیمي لكل من الجریمة المنظمة والنطاق الإقلیمي للد ا رسة. ثم عمدنا إلى فحص مستویات انتشار وحدة الأنماط السائدة لهذه النشاطات غیر القانونیة في المنطقة. یوفر هذا المسح أداة تحلیلیة ضروریة للترتیبات ذات الصلة بالسیاسات الوطنیة ومتعددة الأط ا رف الهادفة إلى مكافحة كل من تداعیات الجریمة المنظمة في المنطقة والظروف السیاقیة التي تسند استم ا رریتها، وهو ما تمت الإشارة إلیه في ملاحظات ختامیة. This article deals with an issue of growing importance as it affects the security vulnerabilities in the area of Sahel that is:trans national organized crime in the African Sahel. First, a conceptual background of both the organized crimes and the targeted regional area has been considered. Then, we proceed to an examination of the diffusion and intensity of the most common patterns of such illegal activity in this area. This survey offers a an indispensable analytical tool for national and multilateral policy arrangements aiming at fighting against both the repercussions of organized crimes and the contextual conditions sustaining them, these are some concluding remarks we have been pointed out.
