الدولة الجزائرية الحديثة بين القوة والشرعية

الملخص
لا يكفي التحدث عن الديمقراطية – الحكم الراشد- بدل الممارسة المشكلة لها . فليس بإمكان الكلمات أن تستبدل فضاءات ديمقراطية، و لقد صدق ب. بورديو عندما استنكر الكلمة المكتوبة للحاكم الذي يفتقر إلى الشرعية. هذا هو حال حكام –حكماء- الجزائر. اليوم، الذين يصرفون البلد في المستقبل الفارط، و يستثمرون الفضاء القمعي بدل ميادين الحكم الرشيد المفاوض و المشروعات المحددة و هو الأمر الذي يفقد الزمن تاريخيته ليبلغ الخرافة، و يعتبر ذلك منافيا للديمقراطية وفضاء المجتمع المدني الذي يفتقد إلى إحداثيات المواطنة. It is not sufficient o talk about democracy –good governance – in spite of speaking about its constitutive practice. It’s not possible for words to replace democratic areas. Pierre Bourdieux was right when he refused the word written to the ruler who suffers from lack of official recognition. Today, These rulers are spending the country to the past future, and they are investing in the suppression area instead of investing in the fields of good governance, dealing, precise projects…such thing takes off from time its historicity to reach the fable It is considered as an opposite of democracy and civil society area which is suffering from a lack of citizenship coordinates.
