الملخص
Business failure identification and early warnings of impending financial crisis are important to companies, analysts and practitioners everywhere throughout the world. So, we are going through this topic to identify or to detect the main steps that business failure can be known at least up to two years prior to insolvency in order to prevent these companies from business failure in an accurate and timely manner. The work of ARGENTI 1986 is the most important one in this context, and it was the first of its kind. Through his work, he identified four main steps before failure for a company. Therefore, all companies are vitally concerned with avoiding financial crisis in the private and public sectors, and with individual firm performance assessment. For this reason, many academic studies have been dedicated to the search for the best corporate failure prediction model, and many researchers have been putting a lot of effort into building business failure prediction models.
