الملخص
Abstract: Political reform is one of the concepts created by the democratization of Western-style political systems. Therefore, the main actors in the process of political reform differ according to the environment and the circumstances. It's not necessarily have to be the same category because the areas of political reform vary and multiply. Therefore, the role of Turkish cultural elites in political reform as a conscious factor in the political process is not limited to reforming laws or policies, but it can be developed to reform the constitution and reform the social structure. . Therefore, the importance of this study is to highlight the features of political reform resulting from the ideas of the elite and reforms developed by the secular protectors, and these reforms on the social, regional and international reality. And thus the extent to which the Turkish cultural elite active in political parties influenced political reform.
