الملخص
ABSTRACT The study addresses the centralityof historical act and the presence of time continuity in forming political heritage in the Arab area andIslamic as well. Besides, it analyzes the manifestation of these principals currently on the multiple forms and transformations, which have ultimately affected the future scenarios. It should be clear to clarify that the analysis does not begin or end at the historical detours listed and analyzethem in the light of the Arab nation’shistory.However, the present research tends to understand the continuing impact of the many historical facts in the Arabic field. This effect has its impacts clearly on state-building and policy- making. Also, it controlsits rational and random political practice
