تطورات أسعار النفط في الأسواق العالمية دراسة تحليلية للفترة: (2000 - 2014)

الملخص
لما كانت لأسعار النفط آثار مزدوجة على كل من الدول المنتجة (المصدرة) والدول المستهلكة (المستوردة)، كان الصراع محتدماً حول السيطرة على أسواق النفط، واستطاعت الدول الصناعية في الكثير من الأحايين ضمان إمداداتها من النفط بأقل الأسعار لا سيما الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى فإن لأسعار هذا المورد الاستراتيجي آثاراً اقتصادية تختلف باختلاف سلوك السعر في السوق النفطية العالمية، وما دامت عملية التنمية الاقتصادية مرتبطة بمصدر النفط وما يدره من إيرادات، مع ارتباط تلك الإيرادات بواقع الأسعار، يتضح لنا وجود علاقة بين تقلبات أسعار النفط وانعكاسها على الإيرادات النفطية وبين تمويل التنمية الاقتصادية فيها. وعليه؛ فقد جاءت ورقتنا البحثية هذه لتسلط الضؤ على أهم العناصر ذات العلاقة بتكوين أسعار النفط والعوامل المؤثرة فيها وهذا من خلال استعراض تاريخي للمراحل الزمنية وتطورات أسعار النفط خلالها. Accordingly; the present paper this research to shed light on the most important elements of the relationship the composition of oil prices and the factors affecting them and this is through a historical review of time stages and developments which oil prices.
