إشكالية توجيه البحث العلمي في الجامعات لتلبية متطلبات المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية المنشودة

الملخص
إن الحديث عن دور الجامعات في التنمية الاقتصادية ليس بالأمر السهل، وذلك لاعتبارات خاصة بالجامعة في جميع مراحلها المختلفة، حيث تعتبر الجامعات نوعاً من الاستثمار الاقتصادي الصحيح، ولقد تطور دور الجامعات في التنمية الاقتصادية في الوقت الراهن تطوراً كبيراً عما كانت عليه منذ إنشاءها، ومن هنا كان من أهم الأهداف التي يسعى هذا البحث لتحقيها هو: إبراز دور الجامعة في خدمة المجتمع ليعيش حياهً أفضل، وتحقيق مستوى دخل مرتفع من خلال المخرجات، ثم الوقوف على المعوقات التي تحول دون مشاركة الجامعات في التنمية الاقتصادية، ومن أهم النتائج أن هناك ضعفاً ملموساً في دور الجامعات في هذا المجال. Talking about the roles of universities in economic development is not an easy issue owing to private considerations at all its different aspects as they are considered a type of investment in the strict meaning of the word. Contemporarily, the role of universities in economic development has developed to greater extent than it was when these universities were established .At this juncture , one of the most important aims of this research was highlight the university role in serving the community so that it may lad a beater life and achieve a higher level of income through the available outputs in addition the research tried to specify the obstacles hindering universities participation in economic development . The research came to the conclusion that there was some noticeable weakness in the role of universities in this field.
