النمو الديموغرافي و خصائص سوق العمل في الجزائر

الملخص
: تعد مسألة النمو الديموغرافي أمرا مهما للغاية لما لها من علاقة بالقوى العاملة، حيث أن النمو السكاني المرتفع يؤدي في الغالب إلى ارتفاع معدلات البطالة من خلال زيادة عدد الوافدين الجدد إلى سوق العمل، كما قد يضر بعملية التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية إذا لم يواكب هذا الارتفاع نمـوا اقتصاديا مناسبا يعمل على ايجاد توازن بين العرض و الطلب في سوق العمل، و قد مرت الجزائر بمراحل مختلفة في نموها الديموغرافي منذ الاستقلال، عرف خلالها سوق الشغل و مختلف القوى العاملة تغيرات و تطورات مختلفة تغيرت خلالها معدلات البطالة و بنية هذه القوى. forte de la croissance de la population entraîne souvent une hausse du chômage en augmentant le nombre de nouveaux entrants sur le marché du travail, car il peut nuire au processus de développement économique et social si cette hausse n'a pas suivi le rythme de la croissance économique adapté, fonctionne à atteindre un équilibre entre l'offre et la demande sur le marché du travail, et l'Algérie a traversé différentes étapes de la croissance démographique depuis l'indépendance, qui a su le marché du travail et les divers changements de personnel et divers développements, au cours de qui les taux de chômage ont changé avec la structure de ces forces. The demographic growth is crucial because of its relationship to the workforce, where high population growth often leads to rising unemployment by increasing the number of new entrants to the labor market, as it may harm the process of economic and social development if this rise has not kept pace with economic growth, suitable works to achieve a balance between supply and demand in the labor market, and Algeria has gone through different stages in the demographic growth since independence, which knew the job market and the various workforce changes and various developments, during which unemployment rates have changed with the structure of these forces
