الملخص

Abstract: The management of collective skills is currently an important element in the new practices of management of human resources. In the present article, we first intend to clarify the concepts of both individual and collective skills through emphasizing the socio- constructivist approach. We, then, explore the relationship between the two types of skills, and finally present the modes of contributions of the adminitration and the coach to consolidate and improve the collective skills.
