الحماية القانونية للطفل المجني عليه

الملخص
ملخص: إن الطفل أساس تنمية المجتمع لذّلك حمايته أولوية الأولويات سواء بالنسبة للدولة والعائلة، إضافة إلى أن ملامح شخصية الطفل وذكاؤه ينموا في كنف بيئة تراعي إحتياجاته النفسية والعقلية منذ السنوات الأولى فيعول عليه لبناء الأمة فيكون مؤهلا حتى لإستلام مراكز قيادية. أما إذا نشأ في ظروف صعبة كالإهمال و العنف و سوء المعاملة أو الإستغلال أو الإساءة المعنوية والبدنية والجنسية فيصبح الطفل غير قادر حتى على مساعدة نفسه. لذلك نجد واضعي القانون الدولي والداخلي أولو إهتماما بالغا بالطفل تجسد في الإعتراف له بإعتباره فردا في الأسرة البشرية بحقوقه على قدم المساواة مع الكبار لتأثيره الكبير على المجتمع فبالقضاء على الأطفال يقضى على المجتمع. Abstract: The basis of the child's development is community to protect the priority of the priorities for both the state and the family، Add to that the features of the child's personality and his intelligence grow within the confines of the environment into account its needs mental Faull since the early years of nation-building، it shall be eligible to receive up to leadership positions. If grew up in difficult circumstances like neglect، violence and Maltreatment، exploitation or abuse of the mental، physical and sexual child becomes so unable to help himself. Therefore، we find the authors of the international law and internal great interest in the child embodies the recognition of him as an individual in the family and human rights on an equal footing with adults to greatly affect the community abandoned children abandon on on the community.
