الملخص
ملخص: إعداد الطفل وتحضيره ليندمج في المجتمع ويتكيف مع البيئات التي يوضع فيها، يتطلب تظافر جهود الجميع وتكامل بين مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية في تأديتها لوظائفها وعلى رأسها الأسرة والمدرسة، كونهما الفضاءين اللذين يتنقل الطفل بين جنباتهما أولا، ويكون في أوج الحاجة إليهما وأكثر طلبا لمساعدتهما، وأكثر استعدادا وانصياعا لتقبل منتوجاتهما، لذلك يراعي كل من الأولياء حاجات ومتطلبات الطفل ويود كل من الأولياء والمعلمين أن تتوفر في كل منهم شروط وميزات وأن يقوم كل منهم بأدوار معينة لاكتمال الهدف التعليمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل، الأولياء، المعلم، الطموح. Preparing a child to integrate in the society and to adapt with his environments requires a rally of everyone’s efforts and an integration action between the social institutions in performing their functions having on the top school and family as the very first two atmospheres of utmost need to which the child keeps in touch. They will be more prepared and docile to accept their products. So that the parents look after their child’s needs, and both parents and teachers seek to find some characteristics and options in each other playing a specific role to accomplish the educational objective. Résumé : Préparer l’enfant pour s'intégrer dans un milieu social et s’y adapter exige la conjugaison d’efforts de tous les acteurs sociaux et la complémentarité des institutions de socialisation et en premier lieu la famille et l’école. Ces dernières, sont le premier itinéraire de la personnalité de l’enfant. Il y retourne en cas de besoin et s’en soumet par docilité. C’est pourquoi les parents et les enseignants tendent à se forger en garant de l’avenir de l’élève et de répondre à de telles exigences, en vue d’atteindre les objectifs espérés par rapport à sa scolarité.
