الملخص
ملخص: نتناول في هذا المقال موضوع تمكين المرأة؛ هذا الموضوع الذي أصبح من الموضوعات المتداولة على الساحتين الوطنية والدولية ومحل اهتمام الباحثين والفاعليين في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية ، وذلك نظرا لارتباط مسألة تمكين المرأة وتكافؤ الفرص بين الجنسين بالقضايا التنموية. وبهذا الصدد، طرحنا عددا من الاسئلة: ما مكانة المرأة في التشريع الوطني ؟ كيف يتم إدماج المرأة في العملية التنموية ؟ كيف يُفعّل موضوع تمكين المرأة من خلال البرامج والاستراتيجيات الوطنية؟ ؟ وما هي الفئة النسائية التي تستهدفها هذه البرامج والمشروعات؟ للإجابة عن ذلك، تطرقنا الى دراستين تم اجراؤهما سنتي2007 و2009 على التوالي، وتتعلقان بالمشروعات الموجهة للنهوض بالمرأة في المجالين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي. Abstract: The whole essay deals with the subject of empowering woman which has become one of the interesting subjects at the international and national level; it is given a high interest by the activists of different fields such as economists, politicians and even researchers due to the strong link between development issues and woman empowering and equal opportunities between the two genders in life affairs. For that reason , we asked some questions: What is the woman position in the Algerian legislations and laws? How to enable the woman subject through the national programs and strategies? How does woman take part in the development process ? What is the category of women who would be targeted by the programs and projects ? To give a detailed answer to these questions , we have to refer to two studies done in 2007 and 2009 which concern the projects to empower women in the social and economic fields. Resumé: Nous proposons dans cet article un thème qui concerne l’autonomisation des femmes. Un sujet d’actualité qui a suscité un intérêt au niveau national et international, de même qu’il a été abordé par les différents acteurs dans les domaines politiques, économiques et sociaux, et ce en raison du rapport qui lie les questions du développement durable à l’autonomisation des femmes. À cet égard, nous avons soulevé un certain nombre de questions: Quel est le statut des femmes dans la législation algérienne? Comment intégrer l'autonomisation des femmes dans les programmes et les stratégies nationales? Comment favoriser La promotion de la femme dans le processus du développement? Quelles est la catégorie de femmes ciblée par ces programmes et stratégies ? Pour y répondre, nous nous baserons sur les résultats de deux études réalisées respectivement en 2007 et 2009، concernant les projets orientés pour la promotion de la femme dans les domaines économique et social.
