الملخص
ملخص: إن العنف يهدد العلاقة الزوجية بالاضطراب والتوتر ويجعلها أرضا خصبة للمشكلات التي يعاني منها الأطفال ، هؤلاء هم أكثر تأثرا بالعنف الزوجي فهم لا يزالون في طور النمو يتأثرون بوالديهم بمن يفترض أن يشكلوا قدوة للطفل . إن النمو السليم للطفل من جميع النواحي العقلية والانفعالية والاجتماعية يستلزم جوا أسريا أمنا فكيف هو الحال في ضل العنف الزوجي ؟. Abstract: The conjugal violence is a social phenomenon which has spread these last years, because of the rapid social changes which have had an important impact upon family on two levels: structural and functional ; where the married couple may assume its responsibilities in bad conditions which create a feeling of in satisfaction as to their family roles, in consequence each one deal by violence. The husband has got an important place in our society, he is the chief of family, he can use the violence towards his wife who is educated to be submitted to him The conjugal violence threatens the life’s couple with insecurity and instability, it will be a propitious ground to many problems of which the children suffer, they are the more effected because they are growing up. For a good cognitive development, emotional and social, the family atmosphere must be secure and stable, so how is the development of children witnessing the conjugal violence of their parents occurring? Résumé: La violence conjugale est un phénomène social qui s’est répandu ces dernières années à cause des changements rapide dans la société qui a touché la famille sur le plan structural et fonctionnel où le couple marital affronte les responsabilités dans des conditions insatisfaisantes, ce qui crée un sentiment de privation et d’insatisfaction quant à leurs rôles social et familial retentissant ainsi sur la nature de leur relations. De par le statut hérité par l’homme dans notre société, qui le place en maitre au sein de sa famille, il s’octroie le droit d’agir violemment vis à vis de sa femme à qui la société a inculqué d’être soumise à cet homme. La violence conjugale menace la vie de couple par l’instabilité et l’insécurité qu’elles génèrent et devient un terrain propice à la genèse de problèmes dont les enfants souffrent. Ces enfants témoins de violence conjugale, encore en développement, sont plus vulnérables Car un bon développement cognitif, émotionnel et social requiert un climat familial stable et sécurisant. Alors, comment se fait le développement de ces enfants témoins de violence conjugale ?
