واقع التكفل بالمراهقة (الانثى) داخل الاسرة البديلة " دراسة حالة "

الملخص
الملخص تعد الأسرة اللبنة الأولى لقيام المجتمعات وبنائها والتي تٌبنى على علاقة رجل بامرأة لإنجاب الاطفال وهذا ما يٌقرّه المجتمع وتعترف به التشريعات ،غير أنّه في بعض الحالات يصبح الإنجاب مطلب صعب إن لم نقل مستحيل لدى بعض الازواج وهذا ما يصطلح عليه علميا بالعقم(stérilité) والذي يتطلب عدة ٍآليات ووسائل لأجل تحقيق ذلك المطلب النفسي الاجتماعي .. (الانجاب) وفي حالة تعذر الأساليب العلاجية (التقليدية أو الطبية ) للإنجاب يلجأ الزوجان الى التبني أو التكفل ببعض الأطفال ( مجهولي النسب) وذلك بٌغية تلبية مطلبهم الاساسي(الانجاب) ليقوموا بعد ذلك برعايتهم وتوفير لهم الاحتياجات النفسية والاجتماعية و العاطفية غير أنّ هذه الاخيرة قد تٌعد مشكلة تتحسس منها هته الفئة وخاصة بعد اعتراف الأسرة البديلة بحقيقة نسب هؤلاء الأطفال مما يزداد الأمر تفاقما اذا كانت في فترة المراهقة وخاصة عند الاناث باعتبار أنّ هذه الفترة هي مرحلة حرجة وحساسة وكما يطلق عليها stanley hall (1916) فترة العواصف و الشدّة ذلك باعتبارها أخطر المراحل التي يمرّ بها الانسان ضمن أطواره المختلفة ، وعليه فإن موضوع ورقتنا البحثية هذه ترتكز على سؤال جوهري هو: ما واقع التكفل بالمراهقة )أنثى) داخل الاسرة البديلة ؟ Summary: The family is the first building block for the establishment and construction of societies, which are based on the relationship between man and woman to have children, and this is recognized by the society and by legislations. However, in some cases, procreation becomes a difficult demand if not impossible in some couples and this is what is scientifically termed sterility (stérilité) ; which requires various mechanisms and means to fulfil that psychological and social demand (procreation) . And in the case of the inability of therapeutic (traditional or medical) methods for procreation, the couple resort to adopting or taking care of certain children of (unknown backgrounds) in order to meet their basic demand (procreation) so that they would then take care of and provide them with psychological, social and emotional needs, but this latter may be a problem of sensitivity, especially after the recognition of the alternative family of the real family backgrounds of these children, which is exacerbated in the adolescence period ; especially in females for this period is a critical and sensitive stage and as Stanley Hall (1916) called the period of storms and intensity because it stands as one of the most dangerous stages experienced by man, and therefore the subject of this research paper is based on the fundamental question: What is the reality of taking care of adolescent (female) within the alternative family ?
