الملخص

Abstract: Morocco has lived under French control on one side and Spanish on the other hand, knew their various repressive policies increasingly hired the struggle of the Moroccan people against the occupiers, and extended to wide areas of the Moroccan territory. Morocco has seen several facts related to the Second World War, and the ensuing from that of reactions led to tension in relations between the king and public accommodation, despite what he suffered patriots such as the war of repression and exile, there is no king nor those patriots stood hostile to France when he broke war, as Mohammed V declared support for Morocco and its people to France by recruiting young people to the side of the Allied armies. World War II events have brought what made Mohammed V relations national movement amount to further consultation and exchange of views in the secret meetings. After the defeat of France and the fall of a large part of its territory under German control, shaken prestige among the population of the colonies, and reinforce this trend landing of American troops different points of the Moroccan coast to be used as stepping stones in the Allied war against the Axis, a context in which the conference was held earlier in January 1943 and took place during which talks about Morocco's future. And given these facts as well as boiled support of Mohammed V and support for a new batch of the activity of the National Movement and aspirations, through protests and petitions that have developed national demands to the demands of special autonomy widescreen 11 January 1944 to the Independence Party.
