الملخص

Resume: The main purpose of Education is to change the learners in different wanted ways and the job of teachers and pedagogs is the specification of the different ways that will participate to the change of students by learning. Teachers have to make a lot of decisions if they want to become more effective in helping students to be better. Besides, the assessment provides the clue to each and every teacher and learner to achieve the goals of teaching. If the purpose of “the approach by competences” in the field of Education is to develop the capacities of the learner, his skills and knowledge, than we should not let this approach just a main to serve the production which may disturb the distinction between two fields: the education’s field and the employment’s field.
